Today we are providing download links of CA Final admit card for Nov 2017. We already knew that ICAI conducts CA Final exams twice in a year in the months of May and November. In the month of August, ICAI released an official notification of CA Final timetable for Nov 2017. In the given notification, ICAI announced that CA Final Group - 1 and Group - 2 exams will be conducted from 1st November 2017. In general, ICAI releases CA Final admit cards just before 21 days of the exams. Here, we are providing download links of ICAI CA Final admit cards/hall tickets. If you have, any doubts regarding ICAI admit card, just read FAQ section at the end of this article. For some candidates, ICAI has changed the exam centers. We have also given those details. CA Final Admit Card for November 2017 | ICAI
ICAI released CA Final admit cards on 7th October 2017.Students can download their ICAI hall ticket/admit card on ICAI official website by login with their registration number and password. Here we are providing very simple steps to download your CA admit card.
- Go to ICAI official website: http://icaexiam.icai.org
- Login with your Registration Number and Password
- Click on the link "View" in front of admit card option
- When your Admit Card appears on the screen, save it or take a printout.
Note: If you are facing any issue while download your admit card in Mobile, just enable Desktop View in your Chrome Browser.
Physical admit cards will be sent by post to only those who submitted physical OMR exam forms and are found to be eligible. No physical admit cards will be sent to those who applied online. They will be required to print their admit cards from the below mentioned website.
Also, remember that from this attempt, you have to use BLACK pen only to write the exam.
Zone / City - shifting of candidates for NOVEMBER - 2017 CA Exams
Due to paucity of accommodation in certain Zones opted by the candidates in the cities of Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Vadodara, Vasai, some of the candidates have been allotted examinations centers in the zone other than the zone opted by them in the said cities. In view of this, it is not possible to accede to the requests of the candidates for transfer to an examination center in a particular zone of the city opted by them. Similarly, certain students who had opted Mallappuram City and Thane City have been shifted to Kozhikode City and Mumbai City respectively.While inconvenience caused in the matter is deeply regretted, we seek the cooperation from the ICAI students and other stakeholders in this regard.
Change of Venue in respect of some of the Candidates of Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations at Mumbai, in respect of November 2017 exams
It is hereby informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue of Intermediate (IPC) Examination and Final Examination scheduled to be held from 1st November 2017 to 16th November 2017 in respect of some of the candidates at Mumbai is being shifted.
Details are as follows:
Accordingly, candidates of CA Intermediate (IPC) Examination and Final Examination – November 2017, who are scheduled to appear in the said examination/s from 1st November 2017 to 16th November 2017 at the above mentioned examination center in Mumbai are requested to take note of the above mentioned change in venue and appear in their examination/s, at the new venue as mentioned above.
Such candidates may note that admit cards already issued for November 2017 examination will remain valid for the new venue also. All other details remain unchanged.
Frequently Asked Questions about CA Final Nov 2017 Admit Card
1. How do I get my admit card?
Admit cards in respect of all eligible candidates admitted to the Intermediate (IPC) and Final Nov 2017 examination, with their photographs and signatures on them, will be hosted on www.icaiexam.icai.org
No physical admit cards will be sent to any candidate. Candidates are required to print their admit cards from the website.
In terms of the decision of the Examination Committee of the Institute, the practice of sending physical admit cards by post is discontinued effect from May 2017 examination onwards.
Admit card printed from the website contains your photograph and specimen signature, besides other necessary details and is a valid admit card for gaining admission to the examination. However, should there be still any query, feel free to contact the Helpline numbers of the Exam Dept. given in answer to Question No.11.
2. Will the admit cards contain my photograph and signature?
Yes, if the application you have submitted contains them.
3. I had not affixed my photograph on the exam form. Can I send them now?
Yes. However, once the admit cards are hosted; no changes will be made thereon. The photographs will be used at the time of preparation of pass certificates. We advise you to carry with you a photo identity card issued by the Govt. agencies or by ICAI at the time of registration as articled assistants, to the examination hall, along with the admit card downloaded/printed from the website. Also, please refer to the reply to question no. 5 given herein below.
4. How do I print my admit card from the website?
- Visit the site http://www.icaiexam.icai.org
- Login using your login ID(Registration Number) and password.
- Click on link in front of Admit Card
- Your admit card and the “Instructions to Examinees” will appear on the screen. You can then print the same on A 4 size paper.
5. My photograph and/or signature are not there in the admit card. Is it valid?
Yes. It is valid. In case the admit card does not bear your photograph and signature, you are advised to get your photograph & signature attested by a member of the Institute on his letterhead, indicating inter alia your name, registration number, exam, month and year of exam, Roll No, Medium, Group, Centre and postal address and carry the same to the examination center, in duplicate, as proof of your identity. You will be required to hand over the original of the said attested letter to the examination center, while retaining one copy of the same, for your own record. You are also advised to carry one* stamp size photograph (matching with the photograph affixed on the attested letter referred above) to the exam center for affixing the same at the appropriate place in the attendance register.
(*NOTE: Please carry two-stamp size photograph if you are a unit/both groups candidate.)
6. I have downloaded my admit card from the website. However, details therein do not relate to me. What should I do?
Contact the Helpline numbers ( mentioned below) immediately, quoting your registration number, barcode number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), if any, center opted (with the zone, if applicable), telephone number, fax number etc.
7. I have downloaded my admit card from the website. However, details therein are different from what I had filled in my exam application form. What should I do now?
Send an email or contact the Helpline numbers ( mentioned below) immediately, quoting your registration number, barcode number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), center opted (with the zone, if applicable), telephone number, fax number etc.
8. I have not yet received the physical admit card sent by post by ICAI. What should I do?

You are required to print your admit card from the website http://icaiexam.icai.org and carry the same to the examination hall.
9. I am not able to print my admit card from the site. What should I do?
Contact the Helpline numbers (mentioned below) immediately, quoting your registration number, barcode number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), center opted (with the zone, if applicable), telephone number, fax number etc.
10. I have a valid exemption in a paper. However, the admit card does not show that exemption. Will I get the exemption?
Exemptions granted to you are not shown on the admit card. Please go through the relevant statement of marks of the exam, where in your opinion, you were granted the exemption in a paper(s).
Alphabet “E” printed against the marks of a paper denotes that marks of that paper have been brought forward from an exemption granted in that paper in an earlier attempt.
So also, “#” symbol printed against the marks of a paper denotes that you have been granted an exemption in that paper, which will be valid for the next three following exams. In addition, the result below that Group shows “F-EX”
If no such symbol or alphabet is printed against the marks of any paper, even though the marks obtained in that paper may be more than 60, then that indicates that no exemption has been granted in that paper.
